QLG Policy regarding : "conflict minerals (Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502)"
This document aims to demonstrate that, to the best of our knowledge, QLG products (including all raw materials from our supply chain) do not contain tantalum, tungsten, gold, or any finished materials derived from, sourced from, or smelted in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its nine internationally recognized neighboring countries. This policy is intended to ensure compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and will remain in effect.
At QLG, we are committed to ethical sourcing and responsible supply chain management. To fulfill this commitment, we are actively conducting ongoing investigations within our supply chain to ensure that our suppliers diligently trace the origin of the minerals used in their products. We recognize that the primary objective of this legislation is to mandate auditing, registration, and approval processes for all global smelters and producers of products containing the aforementioned minerals. This is to confirm that they are not using any “conflict materials” from the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighboring African countries.
