    Product Overview

Our company utilizes high-tech flux formulation technology and fully automated solder wire production lines to meet the needs of modern electronic products for miniaturization and high precision. We have consistently invested considerable time and effort in developing higher-quality products, and through years of unremitting efforts, we have developed various types of solder wire with different tin contents and wire diameters ranging from Φ0.3mm to Φ9.0mm for our customers to choose from.
Our solder alloys comply with current standard ISO 9453, and QLG is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949. QLG provides solder wire that ensures superior reliability, consistent performance, and excellent solder joint integrity in today's demanding manufacturing environments.
QLG solder wire comes in two types:
Solid welding wire—a pure alloy—is the ideal choice for precision manual or automated welding.
Flux-cored welding wire combines alloys with high-performance fluxes to achieve good wettability, excellent flow characteristics, and reliable weld formation.
High-brightness and high-reliability solder joints: The solder joints are full and bright, with a dense internal structure, ensuring excellent conductivity and mechanical connection strength, resulting in a longer lifespan.
Excellent soldering performance: It has good wettability and spreadability, and applies tin quickly and evenly, making it suitable for precision and high-speed soldering processes.
Clean and environmentally friendly welding experience: The welding process produces very little spatter, low smoke levels, and a mild odor, which helps maintain workshop air quality and employee health.
Mildly corrosive and leaves little residue: The mild formula is minimally corrosive to solder pads and soldering tips; post-soldering residue is minimal and lightly transparent, requiring no cleaning in most cases.
Excellent electrical safety: Provides high insulation resistance, effectively preventing circuit leakage or short circuits caused by residues, ensuring the electrical safety performance of the product.
