    Product Overview

Our company utilizes high-tech flux formulation technology and fully automated solder wire production lines to meet the needs of modern electronic products for miniaturization and high precision. We have consistently invested considerable time and effort in developing higher-quality products, and through years of unremitting efforts, we have developed various types of solder wire with different tin contents and wire diameters ranging from Φ0.3mm to Φ9.0mm for our customers to choose from.

Our solder alloys comply with current standard ISO 9453, and QLG is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949. QLG provides solder wire that ensures superior reliability, consistent performance, and excellent solder joint integrity in today's demanding manufacturing environments.

QLG solder wire comes in two types:

Solid welding wire—a pure alloy—is the ideal choice for precision manual or automated welding.

Flux-cored welding wire combines alloys with high-performance fluxes to achieve good wettability, excellent flow characteristics, and reliable weld formation.

    • High-brightness and high-reliability solder joints: The solder joints are full and bright, with a dense internal structure, ensuring excellent conductivity and mechanical connection strength, resulting in a longer lifespan.
    • Excellent soldering performance: It has good wettability and spreadability, and applies tin quickly and evenly, making it suitable for precision and high-speed soldering processes.
    • Clean and environmentally friendly welding experience: The welding process produces very little spatter, low smoke levels, and a mild odor, which helps maintain workshop air quality and employee health.
    • Mildly corrosive and leaves little residue: The mild formula is minimally corrosive to solder pads and soldering tips; post-soldering residue is minimal and lightly transparent, requiring no cleaning in most cases.
    • Excellent electrical safety: Provides high insulation resistance, effectively preventing circuit leakage or short circuits caused by residues, ensuring the electrical safety performance of the product.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What standards do QLG solder wires comply with?
Our solder alloys comply with the current ISO 9453 standard. Additionally, QLG is fully certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949, ensuring high reliability and consistent manufacturing quality.
What is the difference between solid welding wire and flux-cored welding wire?
Solid welding wire is a pure alloy ideal for precision manual or automated welding where separate flux is applied. Flux-cored welding wire combines the alloy with a high-performance flux core, achieving excellent flow, quick wetting, and reliable weld formation without the need for external flux.
What wire diameters are available for selection?
To meet the miniaturization and high-precision demands of modern electronic products, we provide a wide range of wire diameters from Φ0.3mm to Φ9.0mm.
Do I need to clean the residues after soldering?
In most cases, no cleaning is required. Our solder wire leaves minimal, highly transparent residue that is mildly corrosive and provides high insulation resistance, preventing electrical leakage.
How does the solder wire perform regarding smoke and spatter?
Our solder wire is formulated for a clean and eco-friendly welding experience. It produces very little spatter, low smoke levels, and a mild odor, which helps maintain workshop air quality and ensures employee safety.
